How will you make an impact?

We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help further our national presence and qualify leads. This inside sales position is for an energetic, aggressive self-starter who can manage heavy inbound/outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients nationwide. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, and the ability to achieve sales goals.

What will you do?

  • Prioritize and execute day-to-day sales and marketing initiatives consistent with regional and corporate sales and marketing strategies.
  • Own and manage a pipeline of customer prospects with the support of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to stay organize.
  • Successfully educate, strategize, and sell to customers through email, inbound, and outbound calling.
  • Become knowledgeable in the full suite of company service offerings and adapt recommendations quickly to suit client needs.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Deliver superior customer service on all inbound and outbound calls and email.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range of $50,000 - $72,000 annually ($71,428.57 - $102,857.14 OTE)
    (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data.)

How will you get here?

Education and Experience

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in sales, strategic customer relationship management, or other related experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree is considered a plus
  • Experience specifically selling/supporting customer relationships for support service solutions is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar Customer Relations Management (CRM) system to document productivity, report pipeline expectations, and uncover opportunities.
  • A combination of education, experience and training may meet requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Track record of successfully managing service support contracts, subscriptions, or other related services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to independently prioritize and organize work to meet deadline.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment.
  • Energetic and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
