Country Operations Senior Manager - Mexico

How will you make an impact?
As the Country Operations Senior Manager, you’ll serve as the onsite leader for our Guadalajara operations, overseeing day-to-day performance, professionalism, engagement, and operational health for a 60+ person workforce.
This is an elevated leadership role that blends operational oversight with strategic people management and accountability. You’ll be responsible for driving recruiting and retention strategies, establishing measurable productivity and engagement goals, leading regular executive business reviews, and ensuring our Mexico operations are fully aligned with company values and performance expectations.
Your leadership will directly impact productivity, retention, engagement, and the overall success of our nearshore operations.
What will you do?
- Serve as the primary bridge between the Guadalajara team, Intugo management, and U.S. leadership—providing clear communication, consistent updates, and strategic recommendations on operational performance and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong daily presence on the floor to ensure operational metrics are met. Deeply understand processes to provide recommendations to meet metric goals and increase efficiency.
- Drive employee satisfaction and fulfillment through programs and development opportunities that strengthen the hearts and minds of team members.
- Build a strong and vibrant culture, aligned with TSS values, that strengthens collaboration, professionalism, and growth.
- Lead recruiting strategy and execution for Mexico, ensuring talent pipelines and retention efforts align with operational and business needs.
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and minimize overtime through proactive planning and collaboration with team leads and U.S. managers.
- Support onboarding, communications, and leadership visibility initiatives to build a consistent, high-performance culture.
- Partner with U.S. executives for regular operational and workforce health reviews, surfacing performance insights, strategic risks, and growth opportunities.
- Manage local spend related to branded supplies, employee amenities, and events with a focus on fiscal responsibility.
- Perform additional duties and projects as the role evolves with business growth and organizational priorities.

How will you get here?
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally within a nearshore, operations, or outsourced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in operations l and leading large teams strongly preferred.
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams and vendor partnerships strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to maintain professionalism and enforce standards while fostering engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of accountability and integrity with a hands-on management style.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and managing through influence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic timekeeping or workforce management systems.
