How will you make an impact?
The Warehouse Driver is a key team member and contributor that helps manages the day-to-day operations of their specific region of responsibility which includes supporting cross functionality for field and office personnel. The basic function of the Field Support Specialist is to manage shipping and receiving of inventory, fleet management, and technical equipment support for the region.
What will you do?
- Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to technicians.
- Completes all required documentation and administrative tasks.
- Coordinates field service technician equipment audits.
- Provide technicians with technical and troubleshooting support.
- Respond to TSS customer emergencies on an as need basis.
- Complies with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Maintains a productive, professional relationship with all TSS personnel.
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $21.00 - $26.00 hourly

How will you get here?
Education and Experience
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-year or 4-year degree preferred.
- Requires some relevant customer service, mechanical and/or electrical experience.
- A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to drive collaboration, commitment and productivity when working with cross functional teams and customers.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic math including geometry and algebra.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
