How will you make an impact?

The Regional Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of the inside sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic approach to managing team performance, developing sales processes, and optimizing sales tools and resources. The manager will collaborate with other departments such as marketing, order management, field sales and operations to streamline sales efforts. 

What will you do?

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve quarterly targets 
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members for performance reviews and skill development. 
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new inside sales representatives. 
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with IT on the implementation of CRM tools and ensure proper usage across the team. 
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. 
  • Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior management and recommend strategic adjustments when necessary. 
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to leadership. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range of $65,000 - $87,000 annually (On Target Earnings of $92,000 - $124,000)
    (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data)Medical, vision, and dental insurance

How will you get here?

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques. 
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and lead generation strategies. 
  • A combination of education, experience and training may meet requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in an inside sales environment. 
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, DealHub) and sales analytics tools. 
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed, strategic decisions. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
