What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers nationwide
- Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using a CRM system to stay organized and focused
- Spend a significant portion of your day on inbound and outbound calls — educating customers, qualifying opportunities, and identifying service needs
- Learn our full suite of services and confidently recommend solutions that align with customer needs
- Execute daily sales and outreach activities that support regional and national growth strategies
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
- Deliver a high level of customer service on every interaction — phone, email, and follow-up
- Stay organized, responsive, and proactive in managing multiple priorities
- Take ownership of your results and continuously look for ways to improve performance and expand your impact
- Support Eastern Time zone business hours

Experience and Skills for Success
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently by phone and email
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system is helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
Pay, Bonus & Benefits
- Base salary: $51,000 – $68,000 annually
- On-target earnings (OTE): $73,000 – $97,000 annually
- This is a range for the role. Final base salary and incentive opportunity will depend on candidate experience, qualifications, internal equity and market data.
